Refund Policy

The Cancel and Refund Policy establishes the conditions under which customers can receive a refund or can cancel their contract. Jowib Technologies has a straightforward approach to refunds and cancellations.

• We at Jowib Technologies strive to provide you with high-quality services, but if we are unable to meet all of your needs as outlined in the contract, we are liable to refund your entire payment within the agreed timeline.
• Although we take a deadline-driven approach to all we do, if we are unable to complete the contract by the deadline, we will reimburse all advance deposits.
• If the contract is structured around milestones, the client is only eligible for a refund if a specific milestone is not met.
• If a customer acquires three services from us and the first two are delivered satisfactorily but the third is delayed, the customer is entitled to a refund for the third service.
• If we agreed to start the project on a specific day but did not start on that same day, the customer might request a direct return of the advance payment or even cancel the project depending on the circumstances. We will not give a refund if we have previously informed you about the delay.
